Siblings
Being the sibling of an autistic child can present both unique challenges and benefits. Children with autism benefit greatly from the support, affection, and company of their siblings. Siblings may find it challenging to comprehend their brother or sister’s behaviors as well as to manage their own feelings and experiences.
This is why Joined Puzzles is dedicated to helping the siblings of autistic children.
Siblings to Siblings Club
This is a program I lead at True Love for Hope organization. The mission is to bring siblings of special needs kids together to discuss common concerns or difficulties faced in daily life, to share helping tips, and to encourage one another. We open up welcoming, interactive, and fun sessions for siblings of all ages to enjoy!
